A full-time role working across Marketing, Content Design, PR, Copywriting and Social Media management and assisting senior staff.
Neon Rocks Agency is a niche agency specialising in health and wellness working with a range of clients across the globe. We are a small agency with a very close team of professionals that enjoy working hard to deliver excellent results. We also enjoy getting out of work at 4:30 most days.
Our work culture is very fast-paced and constantly learning and upskilling. We are an intimate team working closely across projects to ensure the highest standards of work for our clients. We pride ourselves on our strong reputation and ability to deliver, whilst maintaining a fun and nurturing environment for our team.
We are a tech-focused agency and offer website design and development, website content management, content design, visual design, SEO services, google ads, meta ads and more in-house.
The ideal candidate must be
- A clear and confident communicator
- An excellent organiser able to manage their own work
- load and work to deadlines on a daily basis
- Experienced in writing and proof
- reading copy
- Able to demonstrate a clear interest in health and wellness
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of SEO and keywords
- A creative individual with a good eye for design
- Able to follow basic design principles and use canva comfortably
- Undaunted by the prospect of uploading content to the back end of a website
- Able to demonstrate a clear understanding on creation, management and implementation of social media.
- A team player comfortable with collaborative working and independent working
This role is a perfect blend between creativity and productivity and would suit someone with strong written and verbal skills and a great eye for design OR a high standard or copywriting.

We are a Creative Agency specialising in Marketing, PR and Content Design in the health and wellness sector. Our clients are mainly Therapists, Doctors, Private Clinics and Beauty & Wellness brands and we only work with brands that we can 100% get behind.

We are a really fast-paced agency and multi-tasking and strong organisational skills along with an ability to work both as part of a team and independently are essential. Our office hours are 9:00 - 4:30 (most days) and we work in a beautiful studio with a view of the South Downs. (we value the outdoors and a good view).
This role would suit someone established in Brighton or Hove who values wellbeing and is happy to work in a fast-paced work environment, who values professionalism when it comes to producing work and is excited by good design!
