CCD PR & Digital is a very well-established multi-comms agency that specialises in natural lifestyle products and services across natural health, health food and natural beauty. We are looking for an Account Manager with experience or a Senior Account Manager for a permanent role.

Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm including a 1-hour lunch break

Holiday entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays in the first year and then 33 days each year thereafter

As a PR Account Manager/Senior Account Manager you will:

• Manage client accounts, ensuring their campaigns are executed with precision and creativity.
• Develop and implement impactful PR strategies.
• Build and maintain strong media and influencer relationships.
• Oversee social media and influencer campaigns, from strategy to execution, including content creation and reporting.
• Utilise digital platforms to maximise campaign performance.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and mentor junior staff.
• Hybrid working with two days per week in the office in Soho, London
• Reporting to a Senior Account Director and an Account Director
• Managing two Senior Account Execs and one Account Exec
• Work with a range of specialist freelances that make up our wide team

   

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in account management.
• Strong understanding of digital & social media platforms and influencer outreach - experience essential.
• Experience with using Canva or equivalent (training available).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for PR, social and branding.
• Capable of leading strategy and ideas meetings, deriving the best from the team and yourself
• Passion for a healthy lifestyle and thirst for knowledge about nutrition and wellbeing
