The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in public relations, a deep understanding of the health and beauty landscape, and proven experience in developing and executing media strategies that position founders as thought leaders.
This role will involve crafting compelling narratives, securing high-impact media placements in top-tier outlets, and building relationships with key journalists, influencers, and industry insiders. You will work closely with capsule.’s internal team to ensure cohesive, strategic campaigns that highlight the unique stories and expertise of health and beauty entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the visibility and influence of health & beauty brand founders.
- Secure press coverage in relevant media outlets (print, digital, broadcast) and create opportunities for thought leadership (interviews, features, bylines).
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers within the industry.
- Craft press materials including pitches, bios, and founder stories.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a publicist, ideally within the health, beauty, or wellness sectors.
- Strong media contacts across beauty, lifestyle, and health publications.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
