Zeitgeist is a leading London-based agency with 10 years' experience building stories and communities through creative comms, engaging content and cultural experiences.
This is a role working across the Fashion PR department alongside the Senior Manager. We are looking for someone with proven experience in fashion & lifestyle PR and with experience / strong interest assisting with events.
We would like someone who can seamlessly assimilate into the teams and work across both fashion and lifestyle accounts on the PR side as well as assisting with various events.
This is an extremely unique and exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience in a fast-moving and friendly agency, gaining valuable experience across a variety of sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and building strong relationships with relevant media & influencers for brand awareness
- Weekly pitching to journalists & influencers
- Management of all PR assets, including seasonal images/labelling/documents
- Management of gifting/samples database
- Assisting with managing the Zeitgeist social media accounts
- Updating monthly and campaign coverage reports
- Managing and creating various media & influencer databases
- Continuous monitoring of social media to identify brand coverage
- Book site visits and assist in securing venues
- Assisting the directors and the wider team when needed
Requirements:
- 2 years' minimum experience working in fashion & lifestyle PR
- Proven relationships within the fashion & lifestyle media landscape
- Able to secure press coverage to meet KPIs
- Exceptionally strong well organised with the ability to work on multiple projects at once and able to prioritise workload
- Strong writing skills
- Able to identify key cultural & media trends
- Passion for fashion, culture & music
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and willing to jump in to assist if and where needed
- Proactive, able to work autonomously either at home or in an office
- Outgoing, collaborative team worker
- Results driven with attention to detail
