Z7 COMMUNICATIONS, luxury agency based in Dubai, is looking for a (Senior) PR Manager for its growing team and client roster of international luxury fashion, beauty, fine jewellery, lifestyle and hospitality brands.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry, superior knowledge of the digital arena, be dynamic and strategic, possess strong writing skills, have the ability to lead and motivate others and be adept at managing multiple high-profile clients.

OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the PR Director/Senior Director, the (Senior) PR Manager is responsible for the management of the PR and communications for high-profile accounts including strategies, plans, client and media/influencer relationships and partnerships and positive brand campaigns that meet client objectives. The PR Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing one or more PR Executives. The role sits alongside 5 successful, results driven PR Managers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the development of integrated communications and PR strategies, campaigns and initiatives that meet client objectives, and drive brand image and awareness across platforms
• Lead client relationships and correspondence
• Build strong working relationships with existing media and influencers, as well as seeking out new relationships relevant to business needs and requirements
• Responsible for securing best-in-class placements in top-tier print, digital and broadcast outlets
• Plan and actualise PR events (Product launches, deskside meetings, personal appearances, etc.)
• Assist in pitching and the creation of PR proposals and agreements, as needed

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

• Must lead by example with excellent written and verbal communication skills and acute attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Experience in working with multiple luxury brands
• Generates innovative and creative ideas and solutions to everyday challenges
• Takes ownership for specific projects without supervision
• Displays leadership qualities and effectively delegates where appropriate
• Strong computer skills

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of luxury/fashion/beauty PR/Digital Marketing experience, or similar

This role can be PR Manager or Senior PR Manager dependent on level of experience. It is based in Dubai, UAE and is offering a competitive salary and benefits.
