The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our team, specifically to recruit and manage a roster of 5-10 creators within the parenting and family space.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your talent, supporting them across everything from day-to-day operations to long-term career strategy. We’re looking for someone who understands how to grow creators within the parenting and lifestyle space, turning authentic family content into sustainable, multi-platform brands through brand partnerships, media opportunities, and owned projects.
Working Pattern & Probation
In-Office: To help you settle in, you’ll spend 3–5 days per week in the office for the first month. Once you’re comfortable with the role and our systems, this will move to 2 days per week in the office.
Probation: There is a 3-month probation period to ensure the role is a good fit for everyone.
What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Management
Act as the dedicated manager for your roster, supporting their growth through clear communication, strategic planning, and consistent guidance.
Securing Opportunities
Proactively pitch and secure brand partnerships, campaigns, and media opportunities that align with parenting, lifestyle, retail, home and family-focused brands.
Contract & Deal Negotiation
Lead negotiations to secure the best commercial outcomes for your talent. You will need confidence working with contracts and commercial agreements.
Career Strategy
Help talent expand their platforms by identifying new opportunities such as books, podcasts, product collaborations, speaking engagements, and TV opportunities.
Industry Networking
Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, PR teams, and media outlets to ensure your talent remains top-of-mind for relevant campaigns and partnerships.
Daily Operations
Manage day-to-day logistics including calendars, campaign delivery, travel where required, and ensuring invoices and paperwork are processed efficiently.
Support & Collaboration
Work closely with the wider W MGMT team, sharing industry insights and collaborating with senior leadership on larger deals and strategic opportunities.
Skills & Experience
Background
1–2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
Industry Knowledge
A strong understanding of the parenting and family creator space, including the types of brands and campaigns that naturally fit within this category.
Negotiation Skills
Comfortable negotiating commercial deals and advocating for talent value.
Organisation
Highly organised and able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication
Excellent relationship management skills when working with both talent and brand partners.
