JOB DESCRIPTION: W MGMT - Talent Assistant
W MGMT, one of London's largest and most respected agencies, since 2007, are looking to add 2 more Talent Assistants to the team. This is an amazing entry level full-time position based in Shoreditch. You must have an excellent knowledge of social media platforms, be very confident, have a great eye for detail and willing to learn. Ideally, you will have a speciality in one of the key genres such as beauty, fashion, lifestyle, travel or wellness. It is a busy job and therefore you must be super-organised and able to multi-task. You will be learning directly from the top managers in the industry and the first step to a great career within the agency.
BOOKINGS
- Book travel for talent around upcoming events and trips
- Respond to general and direct job requests
- Negotiate rates, usages etc
- Introduce the agency to new potential clients
- Nurture client relationships by maintaining contact
- Put each company and contact on database with notes
ADMIN
- Oversee Talent’s online profile - look at what is engaging with audiences etc
- Ensure that the W website talent profiles are accurate and up to date with correct info / portfolios etc
- Create a Media Pack for each Talent
- Upload new images to put in their portfolio
- Complete job billings ready for invoicing
- Respond to gifting emails with talent information
- Source and upload talent insights monthly - monitoring growth
SCOUTING
- Source new talent via direct applications / social media / networking etc
- Arrange appointments with new applications through website
OTHER
- Get pictures from assignments / BTS from shoots / published work and pass to social account managers to post out
- Cover other booker’s holidays and stand-in for them (see below)
- Assist with social media channels
- Be the first point of contact for talent when they come in to office
- Arrange for talent to collect gifting or products from office
SOCIALS
- Gather talent imagery from events, brand ads + trips from talent managers
- Create posts that reflect the agency

- Reply to DMs regarding applications
- Filter messages to team members
