An exciting opportunity to join a friendly team, working across two beauty brands. VOTARY is a premium skincare brand creating high-performance, plant-powered skincare. VERDEN is a natural fragrance brand for bath, body and home.
We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Co-ordinator to work closely with the co-founders across Marketing and PR. We offer remote working but applicants must be based in the UK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting
- Completing weekly and monthly tracking documents
- Updating marketing plan and updating relevant departments on promotional activity
- Updating order forecast for warehouse
E-Comm Marketing
- Update website with awards
- Create blog content, created with SEO traffic in mind
- Assist with briefing digital designers on homepages and emails
- Checking website text for errors / changes and brand consistency
- Setting up and checking coupons for website
Social Media
- YouTube - upload and maintain videos, ensuring tags and text are optimised
- LinkedIn - ad hoc posting of company news
Customer service
- Creating information sheets for new launches
- Ensuring customer service is trained in new launches
- Covering customer service holidays or arranging cover
Photography
- Organising samples and images for new product launches
- Organising image retouching
- Managing image library across Dropbox and Google Drive
- Sharing new imagery with the team
- Naming images to allow for easy search
Wholesale Marketing
- Ensure wholesale and distributor clients have access to up to date imagery
- Monthly marketing email to distributors to keep them informed and reminded about new launches, images and seasonal focus
- Handling marketing requests from wholesale / distributors
- Maintain relationships with retailer social & marketing teams
- Ensure brand presentation and training manuals are up to date
PR
- Ensure PR agencies have samples, products, images
- Responding to PR / influencer requests and send outs
- Managing large PR send-outs, ensuring addresses are received from PR agencies in good time, briefing warehouse, tracking deliveries
- Liaising with PR agencies over event logistics
Print Marketing
- Briefing designers to create ad hoc marketing literature
- Organise quotes for printing, raising PO’s for approved quotes in Xero
- Organise SKUs for new prints
- Sending artwork to printers
- Manage printed materials inventory at fulfilment house
Spa
- Coordinate spa training
- Maintain and update treatment protocols
General Admin
- Sending all invoices and receipts to Accounts
- Managing team gifting and events
Full-time, remote.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
