We are looking for a creative and energetic content creator to join our team looking after a family run group of luxury companies across beauty, events, hospitality and cycling with brands Urban Retreat, One Events, The Mayfair Chippy, One Marylebone and City Cycle Club. Creator must have a genuine passion for social media and a natural eye for aesthetic visuals to create engaging stories through content. This position is for a storyteller who is a self-starter, bringing ideas to the table and keeping up with trends. A genuine passion for beauty and hospitality is a must to boost engagement and following across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites (and more) through visuals and copy writing.

Job Description:

As a Content Creator & Marketing Executive, your role will involve developing engaging and informative content for various platforms and channels. You will be responsible for creating and posting written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives. Your primary goal will be to attract, engage, and retain our target audience through compelling and high-quality content. This role is for an upbeat personality with a natural ability to form prosperous relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that supports our brand's objectives and target audience.
• Content Creation: Research, write, edit, and proofread content and post onto various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. Content covers captions, blog posts, articles, social media posts, website copy, and email and ad campaigns.
• Visual Content: Create visually appealing and relevant graphics, images, infographics, and videos to accompany written content. Including for ads and visual merchandising. Fluet in using tools such as Canva.
• SEO Optimisation: Optimise content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across different channels.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, questions, and feedback on social media and other content platforms. Actively engage with brands to boost social presence.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Produce and present monthly reports on marketing initiatives.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative content strategies.
• Influencer Management: Manage up to 20 influencers across all companies. Responsible for outreach, engagement, arranging appointments, and all influencer content. Be present to meet and greet influencers, build relationships, and facilitate a luxury experience. Monitor influencer activity in line with business objectives and maintain a prosperous relationship.
• Marketing Support: Meet with service staff, team members, and clients to understand their brand/offering, continuously expanding knowledge of industries. Identify collaborative opportunities to support and cross promote marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in creating visual content using graphic design tools such as Canva and basic video editing software.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective content requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
• Knowledge of marketing software such as Mailchimp and ability to learn and work with similar software.
• A creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and pitch new content ideas.
• Positive client facing personality with a great attitude with a natural ability to form and maintain prosperous relationships.
• Knowledge of lifestyle, beauty and hospitality industries preferred.
• Ability to travel to and within Central London daily.

POSITION: Full Time 40hrs/week (On Site)

HOURS: Monday – Friday

SALARY: Circa £30k PA (Dependant on experience)
