Summary

We have an exciting opening within our Beauty & Fragrance PR department for a Press Assistant to support the team at the office in the heart of London, 3 – 5 days per week. This is a unique learning opportunity to advance a career in Beauty & Fragrance PR where the candidate will work closely with the PR Manager and Account Director to raise brand awareness across press and social media for a luxury portfolio of clientele.

The Role:

• Manage tracking and saving of coverage and clippings across brands
• Monitoring daily industry news for updates relevant to the team and clients
• Support on events and product launches including all administration and admin
• Work with the rest of the PR team, managing monthly reporting and account administration including, but not limited to media coverage log updates and media lists across all brands
• Manage press and influencer gifting
• Managing, alongside team, social media and channel management for UP Public Relation’s Instagram Account
• Manage office PR stock inventory and restocking when necessary
• Assist with creation of pitches and e-blasts to generate coverage
• Building a contact book of key press and influencers
• Attending press and influencer meetings with Senior staff
