Headquartered in London, with a global distribution network spanning 55 countries, we work with the world’s most recognised luxury retailers including department stores, e-tailers, independently owned boutiques, concept stores, perfumeries and interior design showrooms.

Our portfolio of clients (past and present) includes Fornasetti Profumi, Cire Trudon, Trudon 1643, Anya Hindmarch Smells, Ostens, Tom Dixon, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Culti Milano and Orla Kiely Home.

With three exciting new projects on the horizon, we now have an opportunity to join the team as Social Strategy & Creative Content Consultant. Reporting to the Head of Brands, this role will be responsible for working across the entire portfolio to create and manage successful social media marketing strategies to include strategy planning, content creation, copy writing and analytics to increase customer acquisition within the retail, digital and media space.

This is a truly diverse and desirable role and we are looking for someone who is highly motivated, strategic and creative, who thrives within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the brands with work combined with proven experience within the luxury lifestyle/fragrance category and is able to clearly illustrate the importance of brand identity, verbal and visual communications, planning and relationships

Responsibilities 

  • Support the business with a clearly defined Social Media & Marketing strategy and creative assets/content to help establish brand awareness, maintain brand/product presence and drive sales across brand portfolio.
  • Support Head of Brands to define social media strategy and take ownership of planning, implementation and content creation. 
  • Grow social media following and engagement across all relevant platforms in line with broader marketing plans. 
  • Write product and brand copy for email, social, and web.
  • Work with both UK and International Sales teams to create content for operational marketing needs.
  •  Identify and create partnership and content opportunities i.e.  newsletters, events, editorial opportunities etc
  • Work closely with brands and brand founders to create copy and imagery as/when directed.
  • Manage outcomes against a set of defined KPIs, optimise campaigns to meet KPIs and track performance across engagement, reach, conversion, referrals etc.
  • Manage and curate all in-house imagery. 
  • Work closely with external agency support.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years working within a similar PR/Marketing/Social Media role.  Proven experience with a luxury lifestyle/fashion/fragrance/beauty brand/s preferable.
  • Understanding and experience of strategy planning to include account development, management and content creation to support social media accounts – specifically Instagram.
  • Understanding of social metrics and social media reporting tools to evaluate successes and drive improvements online.
  • A solid understanding of key social media channels – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
  • A strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
  • Experience of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign
  • Experience of Mailchimp would is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to write and edit clear, clean copy.
  • Key industry contacts 
  • Strong creative skills, experience in running photoshoots from conception, styling and execution.
  • An understanding and knowledge of luxury lifestyle, fragrance and culture.  
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative personality
  • Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines and an ability to balance creative intuition with commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • References upon request
