At Tropic our aim is to empower, engage, motivate and inspire our Ambassadors! This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and develop the marketing of all Ambassador opportunities, events and incentives to our Ambassador family. You will be responsible for driving Ambassador engagement through innovate marketing campaigns and strategies – working closely with our Ambassador content and design teams to produce a variety of assets from digital squares, to videos and printed materials, while managing the overall calendar and communication schedules.

Responsibility
- Managing the Ambassador marketing calendar - ensuring all assets, communications and launches are scheduled and run smoothly
- Developing Ambassador marketing strategies to drive engagement and participation with incentives, events and opportunities
- Work with the Ambassador Content and Design teams to produce marketing campaigns and communications – creating briefs and seeing through the launch
- Ensure Ambassadors have all the knowledge they require in order to attend / participate in opportunities
- Overseeing the communications, FAQs and overall launch information alongside the marketing campaign
- Analysing and reporting on the performance and impact of Ambassador marketing strategies
About Us
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent computer and office skills
- Experience with creating engaging digital content
- Previous experience in project managing
- Experience with content management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
Other Information
- Full time role: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Office is conveniently located just 3 minutes’ walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon - both 20 minutes away.
