About the Role

TRACE Publicity is seeking a visionary PR Director to lead and elevate our Beauty & Lifestyle division. You will shape high-impact communication strategies, drive culturally resonant storytelling, and build the agency’s reputation as the go-to partner for the most exciting beauty & Lifestyle brands in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PR strategy across a diverse beauty portfolio, delivering standout earned media, influencer engagement, and brand moments.
• Cultivate and maintain top-tier relationships with media, talent, industry leaders, and brand partners.
• Oversee your account teams with clarity and creativity, ensuring excellence in execution, client service, and campaign impact.
• Develop strategic narratives that fuel brand heat, cultural relevance, and consistent coverage.
• Manage and inspire a large, dynamic team of PR professionals, providing mentorship, supporting career development, and fostering a high performance culture.
• Report into the agency’s Head of Beauty while owning the strategy and performance of your individual accounts.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Contribute to new business pitches, agency growth, and shaping the future of TRACE Beauty.

About You

• A seasoned beauty PR leader with a strong network and a track record of delivering influential campaigns.
• Confident, collaborative, and culturally plugged-in - able to translate industry shifts into standout strategy.
• Exceptional communicator with strong editorial instincts and impeccable relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about beauty, creativity, and team leadership.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-driven, high-standards environment.
