The role
The Tape Agency is expanding and is looking for a dynamic, fun, joyful and enthusiastic PR Senior Account Executive to support the Beauty and Lifestyle PR and events team and day to day running of a busy office environment. This position is ideal for those with 2-3 years of PR and events experience working across beauty and lifestyle brands and social awareness campaigns.
Tape represents a strong group of brands that each have something unique to offer and the agency spans PR, Social, Digital, Broadcast and Podcasting.
We are looking for someone with proven agency PR experience who is ready to make an impact. The ability to work across a variety of brands is essential. The successful candidate will have previous agency experience working at Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level.
Responsibilities and opportunities include:
MEDIA OUTREACH: Building and developing press and influencer contacts and your pitching experience with proactive outreach (being a human microphone!) to drive results for clients across the board. Responding to incoming media requests and collating necessary content.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT: Getting involved in creative brainstorms, campaign ideation, creative mailer and events as well as supporting on proposals, press release writing and eblast creation.
PRESS OFFICE RUNNING: Managing all client assets including media lists, calendars, brand and spokespeople quote banks, award entries and sample management as well as supporting the Account Manager with client management. Managing all send outs and mailers and supporting the wider and running of the press office.

- At least 2-3 years experience in the communications industry
- Ambitious, energetic, self-starter
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Strong communications skills, written and verbally
- Creative and proactive
- Good working knowledge and interest in social media and influencers
- Experience in and a passion for the beauty, wellness & lifestyle landscape
- Exceptional knowledge of the ever-changing media landscape
- The ability to work to and set clear KPIs
- Experience in event production
- Strong press and influencer contacts required
Technical know-how and qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, CANVA, PowerPoint, MMI /Traakr / Cision, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Teams/Zoom/Google Meets
