Tape is a London based, beauty and lifestyle PR and community agency currently looking for support across leading Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle & Health clients. You will be joining a punchy, fast-paced, female founded agency and a team who have worked across world renowned brands. We want to work with our brands to 'stick' in people's minds and change minds with a blend of relevant people, powerful partnerships, and innovative ideas, not just tick the product placement box. No matter what, you will be involved with everything from creativity and strategy to experiential events and all things social media, ensuring we equip you every step of the way in your PR career. The Tape Agency is expanding and looking for a fun, organised, and enthusiastic PR Assistant to support the PR team and day to day running of a busy start-up office environment. This position is ideal for those with 6 months PR or similar experience looking to learn more about PR and events working across beauty and lifestyle brands and influencer campaigns. Tape represents a strong group of brands that each have something unique to offer and the agency spans PR, events production, and talent representation.

Responsibilities
- Day to day saving of press cuttings for all clients and monitoring daily industry news
- Day to day management of media and influencer databases
- Collating monthly coverage reports
- Assisting with coverage generation - e-blasts, pitching etc.
- Facilitate and support on media requests
- Coordinate press coverage for social channel
- Manage the media library
- Manage stock and sample cupboard
- Manage client assets
- Event production support
- Event guest support and hosting
- Event follow up support and creating recap reports for clients
- Taking part in team brainstorms
- Office management supporting across press office and events
Technical know-how and qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, CANVA, PowerPoint, MMI /Traakr / Cision, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Teams/Zoom/Google Meets
