The Only Agency is a creative agency representing the best talent in the industry, from styling, makeup, hairstylists, nail artists & photography. We are looking for an individual to join our Brand Partnerships team, a growing division within the agency.

The successful applicant will be working in a fast-paced environment, working with talent to build their press coverage & overall PR image. There is ample opportunity to grow in this role & create new opportunities, with support from an existing foundation of a database of contacts.

Responsibilities include:

• Create relationships with new editors at various publications.
• Foster and grow existing relationships with media contacts.
• Facilitate press coverage for artists on a general scale as well as tied to specific celebrity events.
• Identify and compile client media coverage.
• Strategise and ideate on press angles for pitching.
• Pitch press coverage for events and clients.
• Work in tandem with the Brand Partnership team to use press coverage to maximize brand opportunities.
• Gifting & product call-ins.
• Researching new events for talent to attend & staying in the loop for events in London & across Europe.
• Managing event invites & RSVPS for talent attending.
• Assist with building out brand & press contact database.
• Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks.
• Handling confidential information.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of PR concepts and best practices.
• Understanding of the celebrity environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Comfortable liaising with talent teams & an awareness of how to manage relationships.
• Comfortable conducting business by email and phone.
• Demonstrable interest in fashion, beauty, and/or entertainment.

Beneficial:

• Experience in a press-orientated environment or PR agency is preferable
