We are seeking a Campaign Success Executive to join our core commercial team. This is a delivery-focused and relationship-led role designed for a detail-driven professional ready to own the day-to-day execution and performance of our venue partner campaigns.

The Campaign Success Executive will ensure venue campaigns-covering hotels, restaurants, bars and members’ clubs-are delivered smoothly, on brand and to agreed goals. You will act as the operational engine for our venue partnerships, maintaining high standards of execution and client support.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • End-to-End Management: Plan, brief, execute and optimise campaigns across all venue partners.
  • Timeline Oversight: Manage campaign timelines, assets, briefs and approvals from start to finish.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure campaigns align with venue objectives while maintaining The Handbook’s standards and commercial goals.

Venue Relationship Management

  • Primary Contact: Act as the day-to-day contact for venue partners alongside the editorial team.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, confident working relationships with venue clients throughout their yearly lifecycle.
  • Strategic Support: Support collaborations with brands and ensure total alignment with the broader internal team.

Internal Collaboration

  • Cross-Team Alignment: Work closely with sales, social and editorial teams to ensure delivery meets client needs.
  • Briefing: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal departments.
  • Workflow: Manage handovers and approvals efficiently to maintain momentum.

Administration & Process Ownership

  • Financial Admin: Complete booking forms, manage venue invoicing inputs in Xero and assist with invoice chasing.
  • Digital Operations: Open and close competitions using WordPress and track post-campaign processes.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update venue-related trackers, including HubSpot uploads, competition sheets and briefing forms.
  • Reporting: Generate campaign reports and provide key data to sales to share with clients throughout and post campaign.
  • Office Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including shipping, handling and general administrative tasks. 

Skills & Experience

  • Background: Experience in business administration or account management within digital media or the luxury lifestyle sector.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organisation: Highly organised, detail-driven and proactive with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, project management systems (TRELLO), accounting tools (Xero) and CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Autonomy: Comfortable owning processes, improving efficiency and independently managing briefs across clients and internal teams.
