The Future Management is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Talent Manager to join the team.
We're looking for someone with 2+ years' experience in talent management, with a strong background working with female creators, particularly across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the creator landscape, understands what makes talent commercially exciting, and wants to play a real part in building careers — not just managing campaigns.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building, developing and managing a roster of talent
- Building relationships with brands, agencies and PRs
- Securing and negotiating commercial opportunities
- Creating long-term strategies to grow talent and their profiles
- Identifying new opportunities across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and beyond
- Helping shape the next generation of talent at The Future Management
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced, ambitious and commercially minded
- Well connected across brands, agencies and PR
- Passionate about female talent, fashion and beauty
- Naturally entrepreneurial and proactive
- Highly organised, personable and a great communicator
- Someone who genuinely understands social, culture and the creator space
