Due to recent client wins, The Friday Agency is looking to recruit a committed, driven, and ambitious PR Assistant / Account Executive to join work across beauty clients including SkinCeuticals, Biotherm, ARKIVE by Adam Reed and Cultured Biomecare.
The role will offer the opportunity to develop a wide range of PR & communications skills and work closely with the team on the delivery of each brands' communication strategy. The role will require team support across all client activity and day to day duties which will include:
- Daily monitoring of print, digital and social coverage
- Pitching features and product placement for clients
- Researching and identifying diverse press, celebrity and influencers ahead of outreach
- Ownership of database to ensure it is kept up to date with the input from team
- Tracking and saving all coverage
- Collate and create weekly / monthly client reporting as required
- Products sample management to ensure all products are successfully delivered and requests are fulfilled
- Manage stock level to ensure the press office is fully stocked with bags/tissue at all times
- Event support as required
- Building up contacts within the beauty industry
- Work with the wider team to produce PR plans, bringing new ideas to the table
- Ongoing support across the business
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent organisational, written and interpersonal skills are required.
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience working in communications preferred
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-motivated
- Passionate about beauty and wellness
