We are seeking a talented and experienced PR Account Director/Senior Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful PR campaigns, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. The PR Account Director/Senior Account Director will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic communication plans, driving media relations efforts, and ensuring the overall success of client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Oversee day-to-day account activities, including media relations, content creation, event management, and social media engagement.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on communication opportunities, messaging, and crisis management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and research, to develop integrated communication plans and deliver cohesive solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and marketing communications.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Drive new business development efforts, including identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and participating in pitches and presentations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications with a proven track record of success with beauty and wellness brands
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, manage client expectations, and drive results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
• Demonstrated experience in media relations, including pitching stories, securing placements, and building relationships with journalists.
• Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of industry trends, audience insights, and communication channels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
