Responsibilities:
- Provide team support with management of the portfolio of beauty brands, ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of PR plans to coincide with wider brand strategy.
- To develop and lean on media and influencer relations for product placement as well as striving to develop new contacts.
- Organise product & imagery send-outs accurately in response to requests.
- Proactively and consistently pitch brand stories to support wider strategy
- Working with the wider team to create content and media story ideas
- Stock control and the management of client products.
- To work on detailed mailer lists and to execute regular client mailers to support new launches or regular ad hoc sends.
- Create with weekly, monthly reports by inputting content & client updates.
- Support the wider team with client events, from planning, execution to hosting on site.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and industry news.
- Grow and strengthen a solid beauty industry network of contacts.
- Management of PR Assistant and Intern; to delegate and brief in tasks
- Manage meeting agendas and notes, sharing in a timely manner.
- Monitor, track, and sharing of all client coverage.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year PR experience - working across beauty and/or wellness.
- Good organisation and time management skills essential
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, ambitious, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Passion for social media, print and digital magazines.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Reporting Into: Account Managers / Account Directors.
