The Beauty team at TCS is looking for a Junior Account Executive to work with some of the most exciting and prestigious names in the beauty arena.  You will be part of a very creative team and have the opportunity to learn for some of the best PR professionals.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will be working on a portfolio of existing clients, supporting the TCS team to deliver the agreed client programmes and desired results.

As a Junior Account Executive, key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate the smooth running of the day to day function of each account team, providing support as requested and required
• Draft meeting minutes, agenda, progress reports etc. as necessary for your accounts
• Conduct research as appropriate to support the development of client plans and new business responses
• Manage all press cuttings in terms of collation, presentation and distribution to clients and all relevant team members in an appropriate and timely manner
• Manage all client merchandise so as to enable fulfilment of press requests and smooth stock control
• Handle press enquiries quickly and effectively
• Organise the mail-outs of clients merchandise promptly and correctly in response to requests
• Contribute to TCS media initiatives
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues toward the success of the wiser team and clients

The ideal candidate will be a talented Junior Account Executive with a minimum 1 year experience in beauty sector. You will be creative and strategic, with a strong passion for beauty and a great team player.
