We are seeking a hard-working individual to join The Blogger Agent team and be assigned to a number of our brilliant content creators.
You will:
- Generate new relationships with talents' desired brands, negotiate deals, and drive greater revenue/repeat business
- Trend and social media research.
- Effectively manage diaries.
- Strategise with talent
- Scout additional talent
- Frequently be in attendance of meetings, shoots and events with both colleagues and clients.
- Negotiate large commercial deals.
Requirements
PROFESSIONAL
- 1+ years’ experience within the media or influencer industry is preferred, though training will be provided.
- Fluent understanding of marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and/or PR
- Articulate and clear with communication through email, phone and in-person.
- Proven record of generating new business and selling.
- Must have the ability to handle a lot of assignments simultaneously.
- Being able to foresee issues that may arise and knowing how to navigate those.
- The ability to develop key relationships and retain talent. You should not have a one-size-fits-all approach.
PERSONAL
- Strong interest in and passion within the influencer industry
- A strong work ethic
- Highly organised
- Full UK driving license necessary
- Sufficient social media knowledge.

Salary: 25k-65k
