Our clients include: ZOE, Barre Series, Equilibrium Labs, Monpure London, Emolyne, Dr Surbhi, Louisa Drake, VIAVI, Dr Federica Amati, Calecim and Samaya
Role + responsibilities
You will work within our talented team, reporting to the Creative Director and MD
- Ensure clients always receive an excellent, all-round experience
- Generate and secure strong coverage for clients consistently
- Daily communication with clients, with support from Directors
- Lead or contribute to client update calls and meetings
- Generate ideas and stories to pitch to media to grow the client’s business
- Advisor to clients on trends, insights and opportunities for growth
- Assist clients with beneficial collaborations and partnerships
- Work with Directors to plan and drive the direction and growth of the Practice
- Build and deepen relationships with key media, influencers and KOLs
- Become a trusted partner to media and influencers
- Organise regular meetings with media and influencers
- Write compelling press releases, proposals and social media content
- Plan and execute events working within set budgets
- Oversee/produce the production of first-class monthly client reports
- Consistent media monitoring to ensure up to date knowledge of the media, trends and opportunities
The ideal candidate
We have flexibility on the depth of experience and level at which you will join us, but a summary of our essentials is:
- 1+ year’s experience in PR Agency
- A genuine love for Health and Beauty and understanding of brands and trends
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial with a desire to contribute to company strategy
- Confident, upbeat, engaging, fun and bright personality
- Excellent presentation and appearance, physical and virtual
- A problem solver with a determination to find solutions
- Punctual, reliable, honest and open
- Responsive, results driven to ensure client KPIs are always met
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects across clients
- A self-starter and genuine team player, thirsty for constructive feedback and learning
- Strong knowledge of social platforms
General
- We are based in a lovely light and bright office in N3, with private parking
- We are also taking co-working space in Central London
- We are flexible on office vs home working
- Salary is competitive for the right person
- Company laptop and pension scheme
- Hours are 9am to 5.30pm
- From June to September, we finish at 4pm every Friday
- 21 days holiday per year. In addition, we close between Christmas and New Year
- Start date immediate but flexible
