We seek a 12 months maternity cover for our Marketing Team covering for all of our Spa, Hotel and Corp Marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a vibrant team player with proven and good experience in planning all aspects of the marketing mix. Organised, focused and with a passion for getting projects over the line. We’re a busy, buzzy skincare brand based in Littlehampton so if you’re looking for a dip into the world of wellness, skincare and all things spa, we’d love to hear from you.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This pivotal support role has a very broad stretch across all Temple Spa departments and business needs and it is essential to company growth plans.
The Spa & Corporate Marketing Manager title carries responsibility for juggling and expediting many elements within the Marketing mix across these two sales channels.

BRAND STRATEGY: 

  • To work with and take guidance from Executive Directors to support the development of all strategic business needs.
  • To support fully all brand awareness objectives with a customer centric focus and excellence front of mind always.
  • To ensure all plans are well maintained, developed and delivered on time.
  • To communicate internally and externally with a high level of precision and clarity.

SPA CHANNEL MARKETING:

  • To fully support the Marketing Director and Channel Head in all related tasks as and when necessary and to liaise with Brand and PR Marketing Manager to ensure deliverables and ownership are clear.
  • Update and issue Spa sales updates on a weekly basis.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Spa customers and their performance. Working with Account and Events Manager to plan and maintain sales growth.
  • To update and issue rolling Marketing Calendars to Spa team members to cover NPD and promotions communications.
  • Support the Business Development Team and Account and Events team at meetings to present plans and create bespoke calendars and offers where relevant.
  • To plan, manage and issue all SPA emails to B2B customers as agreed to ensure they are fully up to speed and buying into all promotions and activity to represent Temple Spa well.
  • Manage the B2B hub content for Spa. Ensuring it is always housing the correct information and up to date activity.
  • Organise monthly Spa team meetings and issue minutes.
  • Create Temple Spa brand overview and presentations.
  • Manage and develop bespoke commercial offers for the Spa team when requested and to ensure the documents are always fresh and up to date with latest brand visuals and copy.
  • Spa acquisition updates to digital team.
  • Develop merchandising opportunities.
  • Manage event materials and exhibition set up.
  • Spa Specific sponsoring and PR working on conjunction with Brand Marketing and PR manager.

CORPORATE CHANNEL MARKETING:

  • To support the Corporate and Hotel New Business Team with requests for information, images, POS, presentations and any necessary information.
  • Be the back-office marketing wing man for Corporate Marketing.
  • Manage the B2B hub content for Corporate In conjunction with B2B Account Manager.
  • Manage Corp Mailings and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Create Corporate and Hotel Marketing Calendar in liaison with VP of Strategic Global Sales.
  • Support of Marketing plans for Harrods retail and Health and Treatment room.

POS & VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • To plan and expedite from brief all Spa and Corp POS to include printed collateral and hardware to position Temple Spa as a smart and considered brand.
  • To manage product prompter updates and hardware to ensure all are up to date and looking amazing in use. 

SPONSORSHIP & EVENTS:

  • Support successful relationships ensuring we get the most from our relationships and we are maximizing opportunities
  • Cover Spa Life operations and planning.
  • Support all in Spa events with merchandising, POS, Samples etc. at the direction of Spa Team.


TRAINING & PRESENTATIONS:

  • Spa On-Line training hub management of content and therapist / Spa manager access. 
  • To manage the Professional Treatment Training manual content ensuring all treatment protocols and product versions are up to date always.
  • To ensure all product information, allergies, contraindications etc. are uploaded and correct at all time and in line with signed off copy.

GENERAL:

  • To be flexible and amenable to carry out other duties from time 
  • Be a supreme team player and call on the support of others when needed to secure a win.
  • Be committed.
  • Trouble shoot & step into any needs of customers and team members.

Internal: Marketing, PR, Training, Purchasing & Operations, B2B Sales, Spa Professional and Design Teams
External: Spa Partners, Corporate partners, suppliers.
