SYNC Beauty is seeking an experienced and highly driven Marketing and Brand Growth Manager to oversee and lead all growth and marketing efforts across the brand. This strategic role will focus on aligning multiple departments and partners to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
About the Role:
As Marketing and Brand Growth Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead and integrator between our PR agency, affiliate marketing team, paid advertising team, and social media department. You’ll be responsible for executing a unified growth vision while ensuring every campaign, launch, and activation supports SYNC Beauty’s mission, identity, and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies across all marketing channels
- Manage and align external partners including PR, affiliates, paid ads, and social teams
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across all initiatives
- Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue
- Lead campaign development from ideation through to execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Identify new opportunities for market expansion and product growth
- Report directly to the founder and collaborate on strategic planning
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing or growth role
- Proven track record in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital ecosystems
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Data-driven mindset with a creative and brand-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
