As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and driven TikTok Specialist to join our team and play a key role in elevating our clients’ brands on one of the most exciting and rapidly evolving platforms.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic TikTok Specialist with a strong track record of growing accounts, driving TikTok Shop sales, and crafting engaging content. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in TikTok strategy, a keen eye for trends, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industries. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is looking to make a significant impact to globally known brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall account growth for our beauty and wellness clients on TikTok.
- TikTok Shop Sales: Drive sales through TikTok Shop by creating and optimising shoppable content, leveraging the platform’s features, and analysing performance to continuously improve results.
- Content Creation: Conceptualise, create, and edit high-quality, on-trend TikToks that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand identities.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the PR and Social Media teams to develop comprehensive TikTok strategies that align with broader brand objectives and campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, platform developments, and best practices, ensuring our clients are always ahead of the curve.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of TikTok campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and gather feedback on TikTok initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience growing TikTok accounts and driving sales via TikTok Shop, ideally within the beauty and wellness sectors.
- Creative Skills: Strong content creation and video editing skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute TikTok strategies that deliver results.
- Passion: A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and social media trends.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes in trends and platform updates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with TikTok’s analytics tools, editing software, and other relevant digital tools.
