SPR - Social Media Manager (London)

SPR is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager, working on some of the most sought-after beauty brands including COSRX, Embryolisse, ARDELL, Rubis and more. It’s an exciting time of growth for the agency, with new clients about to be announced, and a lot of ambition for future growth.

The ideal candidate would be a dynamic, hard-working, creative, positive thinker with at least 3+ years’ experience within social media. A strong and confident leader, who can spark passion and enthusiasm and coach their team forward.

SPR offers hydrid working, with flexible working at the agency’s London HQ and from home.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to cover TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more. Align the strategy with our clients' brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original content that resonates with our clients' target demographics, leveraging trends, challenges, and user-generated content.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and engaged community on all channels by actively responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimise content strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including PR and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across all social media channels.
  • Innovation: Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices on all channels, and proactively explore new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Team Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior members of the social media team, fostering their professional growth and development. Delegate tasks effectively, oversee their work, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's success in executing social campaigns.
  • Paid Social: Integrate paid social strategies into social campaigns, including budget allocation, ad targeting, creative optimisation, and performance tracking. Leverage paid advertising tools and insights to maximise reach, engagement, and return on investment for our clients' TikTok initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of social-specific campaigns for our clients, from concept development to post-campaign analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of content creation, influencer collaborations, paid promotions, and user-generated content initiatives. Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs, iterate on strategies based on insights, and provide comprehensive reports to clients on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators, both organically and through paid partnerships, to amplify our clients' brand presence and reach new audiences. Identify suitable influencers aligned with our clients' brand values and target demographics, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate on content creation and promotion strategies. Track and measure the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, and optimise partnerships for maximum effectiveness across both paid and organic channels.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and an ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and best practices, with a track record of producing viral content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • Experience of operating TikTok shop and creating strategies to support online sales channels.
