With exciting new clients on the horizon, we’re in a period of exciting growth and looking for an ambitious PR Executive to join our team.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative PR Executive who is passionate about beauty and wellness. This role is ideal for someone with strong media relationships, a keen eye for storytelling, and a desire to drive impactful PR campaigns. You’ll support high-profile clients, helping to secure media coverage, manage press relationships, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for media and client enquiries, responding swiftly with precision.
- Craft engaging and newsworthy PR materials, including press releases, thought leadership articles, Q&As, and compelling pitch emails.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers to consistently secure top-tier coverage.
- Develop and execute innovative PR campaigns that captivate both traditional and digital audiences.
- Organise and support press events, influencer activations, and product launches to drive brand awareness.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for media placements and brand storytelling.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on media coverage, demonstrating campaign impact and ROI.
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine agency processes and contribute to strategic planning.
- Play a key role in new business development, assisting with pitches and forging valuable industry connections.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 12 months of experience in a fast-paced PR agency, ideally working with beauty or wellness brands.
- A natural storyteller with outstanding writing and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives across multiple platforms.
- A proactive problem-solver with exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Strong understanding of the UK media landscape, with a keen eye for emerging trends and industry shifts.
- Established relationships with key beauty, health, and lifestyle press and influencers, with the confidence to build new connections.
- A creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings fresh ideas to campaigns.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration but is also self-motivated and able to take initiative.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a finger on the pulse of new launches, trends, and consumer behaviours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of Canva for content creation.
