SPR is seeking an experienced PR Account Manager, working on some of the most sought-after brands including COSRX, Embryolisse, Teoxane, Face The Future, Rubis and more. It’s an exciting time of growth for the agency, with new clients about to be announced, and a lot of ambition for future growth.
The candidate will be a dynamic, hard-working, creative and positive thinker with at least 3+ years’ experience with beauty and wellness brands. A strong and confident leader, who can spark passion and enthusiasm and coach their team forward.
SPR offers hydrid working, with flexible working at the agency’s London HQ and from home.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handle press and client enquiries proactively, quickly and with attention to detail.
- Can-do, proactive attitude and good time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to draft strong PR materials including press releases, Q&As, articles and creative pitches for both print and online.
- Strong media contacts and a hunger and desire to drive coverage for clients.
- Ideate and executive creative PR campaigns, seasonal PR calendars and strategic plans that capture both offline and online audiences.
- Excellent team skills as management and mentorship of the junior teams essential.
- Work closely with the senior team to shape agency processes.
- The procurement of new business and connections.
- Client management and regular reporting.
- Proactively seeks opportunity to meet face to face with key media and influencers and inspire team to do the same.
- Planning and execution of events and projects

- Excellent attention to detail and impeccable timekeeping.
- Extensive knowledge of the UK media landscape, including print, online and social.
- Strong relationships with beauty, health, lifestyle press and influencers.
- A positive “can-do” attitude.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-player who is willing to get stuck in.
- Calm and considered under pressure.
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- Takes initiative and communicates clearly and efficiently.
- Strong Microsoft skills including advanced Powerpoint.
