Socially Ciara is a 360 social media & digital marketing agency located in London, with an international client base in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors. 

We are beyond delighted to share that we are seeking a new candidate to jour our growing team. Our new Social Media & Communications executive be a fundamental role within the agency, and we have visions of this role expanding quickly due to the growth of the agency. 

The Role;

• Working closely with the agency Director and creative teams, you will play a lead role in the development & delivery of social media strategy.
• Having a good knowledge of Social ad platforms
• Able to upscale the brand messaging to amplify activity with media and industry partners
• Editing stories, publish and sharing content
• Using creative copy-writing skills
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Listening and reacting to segmented groups of customers, prospects, influencers and competitor

The right candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in managing Social Media or Content Creation
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal following across social media outlets by generating unique and relevant content for that environment
• Experienced in working with social media reporting tools
• Strong analytical knowledge allowing data to be turned into engaging content
• Experience using social media monitoring and scheduling platforms
• Consumer awareness – quick to understand a brand's audience
• Extensive knowledge of current and future channels
• Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
• Great communication skills and ability to work as well as a team
• Team player, hard-working with can-do attitude

Additional notes;
Candidates must be based in London
Full Time remote working role with flexible hours, with 1 day per week in main London Office.
