New personalised online skincare brand – Sjú is looking for a Part-time freelance community manager to help manage and grow their social media channels.
About the role
This is a newly created role for a reliable & enthusiastic self-starter with good knowledge of all social media platforms, as well as a keen interest in the beauty industry. You will support the Brand & Operations Manager (based in Zurich) in growing Sjú skincare’s social media presence and ensuring all queries are answered in a timely & professional manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing strong and relevant social media calendars that include engaging competitions and campaigns to increase audience at growth and engagement
- Managing the brands Instagram and Facebook at a professional level
- Utilise influencer relationships and build contacts so that the brand is continuously featured across agreed channels
- Posting of supplied social media content across Facebook and Instagram, in line with the content calendar
- Community engagement – including answering all day-to-day queries
- Development of community engagement long term strategy
- Monitoring, maintaining and strengthening consistent online brand identity
- Hosting competitions and prize draws online
- Monthly - reviewing and reporting on content performance, including recommendations for up-coming months
- Assisting the PR Manager in media relations, influencer campaigns and event support when required
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Background of working in social media, with a track record of growing traffic and engagement.
- A passion for social media and digital platforms and a keen follower of talent, brands and influencers across the beauty industry.
- Intuitive and analytical, understands how audiences use social media.
- A creative thinker with new ideas and enthusiasm.
- Strong client and customer service mentality and excellent communication skills
- A self-starter able to work remotely but still produce results
- Experience in beauty, or the wellness industry, and ideally good skincare knowledge
