We’ve built a reputation for delivering global campaigns and brand positioning for our clients that include Carnaby London, Marylebone Village, This Is Soho, and the Rolling Stones flagship store, RS No.9 Carnaby.
Who we are looking for:
We're looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our fast-growing content team, looking after multiple leading fashion, food and lifestyle destinations in London. You will be joining a successful team, who work across content generation and management, web maintenance, influencer marketing, marketing, social media, film production, client liaison and analytics.
Your Role:
- Creating engaging and consistent content across all digital platforms
- Creative design and art direction
- Photoshoots, reels, social media feeds, moodboards and social media grids
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop/illustrator/indesign/After effects
- Strategy planning: planning, producing and executing content and creative across all digital platforms
- Campaign strategy
- Influencer marketing: management and negotiation
- Marketing collateral
- Copywriting for website and newsletters
- Website maintenance and newsletter creation
- Developing influencer strategy, gifting and reporting
- Managing clients
- Reporting
Reporting Skills:
- Good knowledge of Adobe creative cloud
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience and at least 1+ years in a Digital Account Manager role
- Fantastic organisation, planning and communications skills
- An enthusiastic creative seeking an opportunity to constantly progress in the company
- Excellent, creative writing skills, media relations and a strategic thinker and doer
- Experience with customer relations and crisis management
- A great team player
- Able to meet deadlines and a keen attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
