Marketing & PR Assistant UK & Eire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting into Head of Marketing & PR you will be responsible to :

• Support UK marketing team in the management of Sisley Paris & Hair Rituel by Sisley’s marketing plans.
• Support Sisley’s sample strategy – in product launches and key consumption periods. Ensuring Supply Chain has the relevant lead times to order. Keeping track of deliveries to ensure on time activities.
• Manage send-out to Counters or Area managers (collaterals, signages).
• Manage the cascade of marketing information (BC launch summary document) to the field teams on time.
• Manage SMILE loyalty gift send outs with CRM Executive.
• Complete regular competitor pricing and positioning insights to inform novelty forecasts
• Place product orders and distribute as necessary for all marketing needs.
• Support marketing team in planning of Sisley Events In Stores catering for existing customers needs and also recruiting new customers into the brand.
• Forecast and plan for all POS and Sampling requirements and create necessary collateral or social assets if necessary.
• Liaise with Sisley’s retail and training teams to gain input, support and buy-in for the events in store / virtual led by the retail Team to circulate internally.
• Assist with all press send outs and manage the PR stock cupboard
• Monitor and save all coverage.
• Support the team with planning key events such as press launches and trips and work on event debrief reports.
• Build up contacts with regional press and maintain good regional press coverage, ensuring all new launch information is sent out to regional press on time.
• Work on event debrief reports alongside PR Executive.
• Support PR executive on micro-influence platform Skeepers.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Experience working in the UK required.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills to review and assess performance daily / weekly / monthly.
• Beauty experience and UK market experience are not a must but a plus.
• Creative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to handle multitude of projects at one time.
• Organizational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Drive, positive, can-do attitude, team player.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: W1 office, 4 days in-office, 1 WFH, flexible hours.
