Role: Talent Assistant
Contract type: Full-time, permanent role
Location: Jersey, Channel Islands
Reporting to: Talent Manager, Iona Kelly
The Role:
The Talent Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Talent Manager in managing and developing the careers of a growing roster of talent. We are looking for a hard working, highly motivated and organised individual to join
our talent team. Our ideal candidate should have experience within a fast-paced environment, a knowledge and passion for all things digital/ talent and highly detail-orientated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Talent Manager to assist with day-to-day running of
- brand partnership campaigns from start to completion
- Assist with creative sessions for talent
- Responsible for gifting enquiries/requests
- Support across events/ talent appearances, including travel and
- itinerary organisation
- Diary management for talent team and roster
- Work alongside the wider Sheeran Perry team for team success
- Create case studies and brand campaign reports for our brand partners
- Staying up to date with industry trends and developments
- General team admin support
Key skills required:
- Passion and basic understanding of social media, with a focus on digital advertising
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process oriented and strong time-keeping skills
- Strong computer literacy skills including but not limited to word, excel and powerpoint
- On occasion you will be required to take calls and respond to emails outside of office hours so flexibility is key
- Great interpersonal skills, able to forge strong relationships with people of all levels (internally & externally)
Desired skills
- Experience in talent management or social media marketing role
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple
- projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with google drive, slack and/or trello
- Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
