Skills & experience required:

• Experience in a Fashion or PR business creating social media content desired:
  • A requirement is to keep social medial up to date with new content on platforms such as Instagram/Facebook/Twitter.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and/or experience in studying or working in a fashion related environment.
  • Must have basic skills in photography; taking in-house digital images of models, taking videos of models / video editing are required skills. Images will be uploaded to the website via the booking software.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible if extra working hours are required and be able to undertake occasional weekend work during Fashion weeks etc.

• Excellent organisational skills to perform the following tasks:
  • Must be able to organise & book test photography shoots:  Liaising with models and photographers/stylists to arrange this.
  • Booking accommodation / flights / cars etc for models.
  • Organising fashion week packs/bags to give to models.
  • Assisting with contracts, making sure they are signed off and filed correctly.
  • Assisting with updating books as new images come in.

• Responsibilities include:
  • You will be required to build and maintain good working relationships with models and photographers.
  • Chaperoning younger models to shoots when necessary.
  • Photographing talent
  • Scouting for new models, where there may be travel involved in the UK.
  • You will be trained to use specialist model booking software and CMS
  • Complete daily model 'check off', making sure all models have their schedules at the end of the day and ensuring that all models portfolios are up to date via the booking software system.

• General administrative duties will include:
  • interviewing potential interns during fashion week / busy times
  • meeting and greeting walk-in models/ taking photos/ measurements.
  • making sure all new images of models from magazines are collated etc.
  • arranging couriers
  • assisting senior staff with ad hoc jobs
  • general admin within office
  • making sure office is in a tidy condition.

There are two positions available. The successful candidates will be required to undergo a (DBS) Criminal Background Check due to working with minors (Under 18’s).
