We are looking to build a dynamic new team to accelerate our mission to elevate the social beauty experience. The ideal candidate will be a socially obsessed with a passion for beauty and experience of being an all-round social guru across platforms, creators and channels. You will have a keen eye for detail, great interpersonal skills, creative flair and a can-do, self-starter approach, working as part of a team, independently and transversally across functions and internal Comms teams.
This is unique opportunity for anyone with over 4 years experience in influencer relations, social content creation and amplification of owned and earned advocacy/social performance either Agency or In-House. A digital first approach, knowledge, expertise and experience in social media is a must including strong expertise in Instagram, You Tube and Tik Tok.
The Role:
You will be responsible for engaging, fanaticising and growing our network of creators, channels and platforms, bringing to life brand briefs in a creatively compelling way. You will also be responsible for growing quality networks of creators and running the creator Live launch content schedule, in additional to managing, measuring and running the brand’s social campaigns, channels and performance. Your central role will be within the Community X SEEN Team, however, you will also be working in an integrated way with several other functions across the SEEN Group business globally. The role would best suit anyone looking to grow their digital first Comms experience in an entrepreneurial, creative and fun-loving environment with scope for future progression and opportunities across the SEEN Group portfolio in the UK and U.S.
