Womenswear brand Scamp & Dude are looking for a fun, organised, and enthusiastic PR & Comms Intern or Assistant to support the PR function and day to day running of the press office.
This position is ideal for those looking to work in the PR & Comms industry, gain valuable experience and wanting to learn more about PR, communications, social and media activations across the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor media and celebrity/VIP/Influencers for print, online, and social media brand coverage daily and relevant retail news.
- Supporting with management of the sample rails and returns.
- Monitor media and celebrity/VIP/Influencers for print, online, and social media brand coverage daily.
- Manage and track media gifting requests.
- Supporting with updating online press image database.
- PR Database management.
- Liaising with other departments in the business to ensure the smooth running of the press office including Buying, Creative, Social, Marketing & Retail teams.
- Supporting on driving editorial placements.
- Supporting on creating and distributing media alerts.
- Coverage tracking and helping to collate monthly coverage reports.
- Researching new influencers and tastemakers.
- Support on brand / store events and activations.
- Taking part in creative team brainstorms.

Working Pattern/Contracted Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm
Days expected to work at office/home: Hybrid working (min 3 days from office in Marlow/rest from home)
