We are looking for a creative self-starter and skincare enthusiast Social Media and Community Executive (Remote) to join our small but growing team. In your role, you will lead efforts to grow and support our community and social media growth. Through social media and marketing content you will aim to reach sales and business goals whilst supporting our brand growth. Thoughtfully expanding the community with those who share the same values in championing- results-driven skincare, diversity, inclusivity, empathy, positivity, mental health and a new narrative in the beauty Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• A compelling story teller with ability to use key storytelling skills to engage the skincare community
• Creating content strategies for rapid growth across tiktok and instagram. Planning managing, sourcing and publishing content as you to develop & build Sachi Skin social media and marketing channels
• Expanding our community of skincare enthusiasts and brand champions through excellent copywriting and educational content strategy across all communication channels.
• Developing a content strategy that conforms to and sets out to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
• Create and execute social briefs for wider marketing and digital strategies.
• Managing and curating creative campaigns, with brands and influencers, working on influencer campaigns and briefs to ensure content strategy meets goals
• Daily engagement with community, influencers and customers in a positive, creative manner always going that bit further to support community needs, questions and concerns. Whilst listening and relaying important feedback to the team and implementing this feedback into future content
• Plan content strategy for new launches across all organic and non organic platforms
• Managing copy and communications across Press, Sachi Papers and website.

   

Effective Executive & Team responsibilities:

• Ensuring clear communication with relevant team members to ensure content goals, objectives and activity are clear and aligned with business objectives.
• Establish copywriting best practices
• Understand the wider landscape in which Sachi Skin operates by staying up to date with current trends, new best practices and insights on customer engagement and larger beauty skincare movements.

   

Skills needed for the role:

• Exceptional English written and verbal communication Confident on paper, in person and on camera
• Huge passion for beauty and skincare
• Self-motivated, self-starter and highly driven
• An understanding of why some content works and some doesn’t Communication and leadership skills
• Compelling storytelling skills
• Social media skills (Tiktok and Instagram) Organization and time management skills
• Ability to think strategically with speed in execution of ideas.

Degree Discipline

Top Tier University Graduate in Journalism, English Literature/Language PR or Marketing Suitable for a recent graduate or those with 1-3 years experience.
