As we enter an exciting period of growth, we are seeking a PR and Communications Executive to help shape the next chapter of how the brand is heard, seen and felt.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the PR and Communications Executive is the voice of the brand to the outside world. You’ll lead the day-to-day communications strategy across PR, social media, influencer and partnerships — turning the brand’s vision into stories that land with the right audiences, in the right places, with the right people.
This is a varied, hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll set the editorial direction, manage external PR agencies as they report into you, and personally represent the brand at events and private appointments in the flagship boutique. You’ll also lead the global PR seeding programme across our network of KOLs and international distributor PR contacts.
It’s a role for someone who wants to do exceptional work for an exceptional brand — and who’s ready to step into the room as a credible voice for one of the most distinctive houses in luxury fragrance.
What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver PR and communications strategies that build brand image, support product launches and amplify key brand moments
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with media, influencers, tastemakers and cultural figures
- Manage the global PR seeding programme across the brand’s direct KOL network and international distributor PR contacts
- Oversee external PR agencies, ensuring strategies are executed in full and to the brand’s standard
- Take full ownership of the brand’s social media — content creation, scheduling, community management and performance reporting
- Represent the brand with authenticity and presence at events and private appointments in the Mayfair boutique
- Write and distribute press materials, media kits and storytelling assets that reflect the refinement of the brand
- Manage all media enquiries, interview requests and press opportunities
- Work closely with internal marketing and digital teams to align PR with wider campaigns
- Plan and deliver press events, launches and brand experiences — from guest lists to media attendance to logistics
- Identify partnership and cultural opportunities to extend brand visibility into the right rooms
- Monitor, track and report on media coverage and campaign performance, with clear insight and recommendations
- Maintain press lists, media contacts and PR tools
Who you are
- A graduate with a degree in PR, Communications or a related field
- Two to four years’ experience in PR or communications, ideally within luxury retail, beauty or fragrance
- An exceptional writer with the ability to craft refined, considered brand narratives
- Confident with media and influencer relationships — existing contacts a significant advantage
- Fluent across social platforms and digital PR tools
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing the detail
- Passionate about luxury fragrance and well-versed in the cultural conversations shaping the category
- A polished communicator who represents the brand naturally in every room they enter
