The Rodial Group is recruiting for a Social & PR Manager and Executive to join our busy communications team working across our brands Rodial and Nip+Fab.

We create targeted products that deliver instant and long-lasting benefits: our results-focused products are loved and used by our customers, many of which are are high profile names. Our products are available worldwide in 35 countries and over 2,000 prestigious luxury department stores including Selfridges, Harrods, SpaceNK, Neiman Marcus and Blue Mercury. Today, our range includes the iconic products Dragon’s Blood Sculpting Gel, Banana Lowlighter, Glass Powder and Vit C Brightening Pads as well as indemand newcomers such as Plumping Collagen Lip Oil, SPF 50 Drops and Collagen Booster Drops.

Nip + Fab was founded over 10 years ago, our mission was simple: provide our customers with luxury skincare formulations available on the high street and empower them with ingredient knowledge so they can make informed purchases when it comes to their skincare routines. From bestselling products such as the iconic Glycolic Pads and Salicylic Clay Mask, we work hard to combat specific skin concerns such as breakouts, blocked pores, anti-ageing and pigmentation. Available in stores such as Boots and Superdrug, Nip+Fab is the go-to brand for effective, easy to use and results driven skincare.

ROLES: Social & PR Manager/Social & PR Executive

REPORTS TO: Head of Communications

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

LOCATION: Shepherds Bush

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working alongside the Head of Communications to manage influencers, makeup artists and VIPS both organic and paid to drive traffic to the Rodial and Nip+Fab websites
  • Continuous relationship building/identification of new influencers and tastemakers to introduce them to our brands
  • Briefing, negotiation, and creation of contracts for all paid partners
  • Day to day running of the Rodial social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter). Scheduling content, responding to all messages and DM’s, engaging with our community
  • Focus on growing all social channels, reporting on successes and challenges.
  • Content creation both independently and in unison with in-house design team to create reactive content to service the trends of each channel, paying particular attention to TikTok
  • Running press office for all new launch send outs, mailers, press blasts. Working alongside the Head of Communications to develop all new launch press strategies
  • Organizing events for influencers/press/makeup artists and VIPS. Managing guestlist and all organizational elements

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Identify growth opportunities with macro/micro influencers across organic and paid social to drive sales and traffic to the Rodial and Nip+Fab websites
  • Good relationships with influencers makeup artists, celebrity agents, and agencies. Experience of creating influencer briefs and contracts, and negotiation of deliverables and fees
  • Experience of running social media channels and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and able to be reactive to service the needs of each channel
  • Experience of growing social channels from following to engagement. Experience of community management, engaging with followers, responding to comments and direct messages
  • Content creation, specifically across TikTok. Able to identify social trends and reactively create content to support high engagement or viral opportunities
  • Experience of working in press office, organizing press send outs, understanding of UK press contacts, organization of press database liaising with press contacts
  • Experience of organizing press/influencer/make up artist events from guestlist management, sourcing locations and suppliers etc
  • Understanding and passion for the beauty industry. Up to date with all brand launches, news, and events. Commitment to the role which will be inclusive of out of hours work to support social media needs and events.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar PR or Social Media role for Manager position
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar PR or Social Media role for the Executive position
