RODEN - Talent Manager, Full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the strategic careers of fashion and lifestyle talent
- Focus on evolving the talent roster, bringing a new, exciting talent
- Proactively seeking new partnerships and opportunities
- Negotiating and managing inbound enquiries
- Building and maintaining relationships with brands and agencies
- Managing brand partnerships to ensure their executed successfully
- Managing gifting an event enquiries
- Putting together presentations and media kits
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience working as a talent manager; experience working in fashion is an added bonus
- Proven track record; you must be able to talk us through brand deals that you have secured for talent
- A strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies and industry professionals
- Tenacious , strategic and commercially minded
- Motivated with the ability to prioritise work and multitask a wide range of responsibilities
- Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
