RODEN is looking for a Talent Assistant/Junior Talent Manager depending on experience, working in talent management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated, passionate team who love to work hard and achieve results. We are looking for someone creative and ambitious to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside our Head of Talent, supporting and managing the strategic careers of fashion and lifestyle talent
- Proactively seeking new partnerships and opportunities for our talent roster
- Building and maintaining relationships with brands and PR agencies
- Managing confirmed brand partnerships to ensure they’re executed successfully
- Handling diary coordination, day-to-day logistics, and putting together regular updates for our talent
- Managing gifting and event enquiries
- Putting together presentations and media kits
Specifications:
- 2+ years experience working in talent management
- A strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies and industry professionals
- Tenacious, strategic and commercially minded
- Motivated with the ability to prioritise work and multitask a wide range of responsibilities
- Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary: DOE
Location: Belgravia, London. We work from amie wine studio in Eccleston Yards, 3 days a week.
