Leading Beauty, Aesthetics & Wellness PR and Media agency RKM Communications is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will work across the portfolio of leading brands in Beauty, Skincare, Medical Aesthetics and Health & Wellness.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ health & beauty industry experience, particularly skincare and aesthetics
- Experience in event planning, management and implementation
- Experience in securing and pitching feature and profile press along with product placement campaigns
- Ability to be creative with PR campaigns and their implementation
- Experience in-agency and big brands would be preferred
- Already in Account Manager capacity or very experienced JAM/SAE looking to step up
- Possess excellent team skills: Can manage a team and report in to director
- Experience in managing and compiling client reports
- Established, strong industry and media contacts
- Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Understands client needs
- Creative and dynamic; an always on attitude and unrivalled passion for the industry
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with confidence to manage up as well as down
- Extensive knowledge of the UK media landscape; including print, digital, social and broadcast
- A “can-do” attitude; commitment to supporting colleagues, meeting deadlines and going the extra mile in a fast-paced environment
SALARY, BENEFITS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Job type: full time, permanent
- Hybrid working 2-3 days in office in Shoreditch.
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and ability to meet all requirements
