We’re looking for a PR & Influencer Executive to join our team based in our London Office. Reporting to the PR & Influencer Manager, you’ll work alongside the rest of the PR & Influencer team and play a key role in delivering our global strategy.

As the PR & Influencer Executive you’ll plan and execute successful campaigns, work closely with our external PR agencies, and plan events to grow brand awareness and engagement. You will work cross functionally with multiple teams in the business and then analyse and report results to the key departments.

You should love a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and be a team member who is confident in self-managing and prioritising tasks, working to tight deadlines, while maintaining a consistent level of productivity and output. You’ll have previous experience in PR and influencer marketing and be comfortable leading your own projects.

Key: Responsibilities:

• Support the team in delivering the global PR & Influencer strategy to increase brand awareness
• Work cross functionally to drive sales to our key retailers and/or online platforms attending external meetings where necessary.
• Day-to-Day management of Revolution Beauty’s influencer database; maintaining relationships with press, influencers and agents and consistently building new.
• Own and develop our organic influencer initiative, thinking of creative ways to grow and expand.
• Work on paid influencer activity end-to-end, identify influencers, handling budget, briefing, agreements, and reporting.
• Write press releases, content briefs and other communication materials.
• Assist with the day-to-day management of our PR agencies.
• Support with events from idea conception to completion
• Stock/sample management
• Support the team's administrative tasks.

What You’ll Have:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the PR & Influencer landscape with previous experience working with media & influencers.
• High standard of written and verbal communication
• Organised and motivated with great attention to detail.
• Be passionate & knowledgeable about social media & influencer marketing and love learning about new trends, and platforms
• Analytical and performance driven.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Team player who is supportive of others
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Excel
