We have a vacancy in our marketing team for a highly motivated and ideas-driven Brand Manager. The key responsibilities of this role are to ensure REN’s marketing communications maintain brand identity and consistency and firmly establish REN’s place in the beauty market as the leading clean, high-tech skincare brand.

• Assist with planning and executing successful marketing communication and creative strategies
• Evaluate existing opportunities for the brand as well as monitoring market trends, NPD and competitor activity to identify new concepts and opportunities
• Evolve and enforce brand communication and design guidelines in order to maintain brand identity and consistency
• Write marketing and creative briefs and work with teams internally and design agency to ensure on brand execution
• Manage the sign off of marketing literature, content and campaigns ensuring the messaging and creative meets brand guidelines
• Identify communication channels and strategies for addressing key audience segments and work with research/e-commerce/retail teams to manage and use data to maximize marketing efforts
• Analyze sales data and consumer insights and work with team on strategies based on this to improve brand awareness or identify possible barriers to purchase
• Help to build case for marketing initiatives and monitor and measure campaign performance in order to test, optimize and improve
• Help develop initiatives, brand partnerships and campaigns that support the communication of the brand message
• Help to ensure that marketing communication within the company between different departments is optimized

 The ideal candidate would be: 

• Someone who is creative and ideas driven
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and passionate about beauty/skincare
• Analytical, methodical and an eye for detail to be able to problem solve
• Thrive in an environment working with a range of people, managing different projects at the same time
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry and brand competitors
• Ideally bachelor’s degree in either business or marketing (preferred but not essential)
• 3-5 years of B2C marketing experience
