Due to our sustained growth and our committed future growth plans, we are now looking for a Junior Fashion and Beauty Assistant to join our team to work across our magazines, working on titles including OK! Magazine, OK.co.uk. New Magazine, Notebook, S Magazine, We Love Sunday and TV Life.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support and assist the fashion & beauty hub and is an exciting first-step role to get insight and training into how fashion and beauty content is produced for online, social and print. This role is home and hub based linked to our London Hub. We are therefore open to candidates based in and around London.

What will the role involve?

• Assisting with organising photoshoots, setting up logistics, writing and completing credits and getting content for social media whilst on site
• Organising the fashion and beauty cupboards, being responsible for dealing with samples, returns and couriers
• Learning everything about our online stories and assisting in the production and uploading of social stories
• Keeping a keen eye on social media trends and bringing new ideas to team meetings
• Assisting team members across the fashion & beauty hub with various projects
• This position will have some weekend working so a flexible approach is required

Who are we looking for?

• A clear passion and enthusiasm for the fashion and beauty industry
• The drive to want to learn how to create compelling fashion and beauty content across all platforms from digital and social media to print
• A solid understanding of the different brands and their voices
• A fast learner with a good understanding of online social content
• A team player who can work well under pressure 
• Creativity, attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
