Rahua is hiring a Freelance Influencer Manager.

Objective: Community Building and Influencer Management

To manage and grow a community of hair and eco-conscious enthusiasts that align with the brand's image, ensuring increased awareness, engagement, and community development.

Location: London

Time Commitment: 10 hours per week, with flexibility for peak campaign periods.

SCOPE OF WORK

This role will work independently and have a dotted line report to the brand team. The role will be responsible for the relationships and growth of the UK’s influencer strategy, prioritizing the brand values and alignment at the core.

Influencer Identification & Acquisition

• Build a diverse list of influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring a mix of macro, micro, and nano influencers.
• Establish relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and mission.

   

Community Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Foster genuine relationships with influencers and their communities.
• Organize in-person events (when possible) to deepen connections.
• Engage with influencers regularly to ensure the relationship is maintained

   

Campaign Management & Content Collaboration:

• Develop and manage influencer campaigns that align with the brand's marketing goals (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions).
• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that showcases the brand’s hair products authentically.

   

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track influencer strategy against KPIs and provide regular performance reports
• Adjust influencer strategies based on insights and trends.

   

Skills:

• Experience in influencer marketing, community building
• Strong understanding of the beauty and hair industry trends in the UK
• Proficient in tracking and analyzing influencer campaign metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
