Rachel Nevin Communications is a boutique communications agency built on real people with real understanding in communications. Covering a breadth of Luxury Wellness, Lifestyle and Celebrity focussed talent, as well as key players in the FMCG space including Kettle Chips, Rowse and Poppets, RNC is rapidly expanding and looking for the right person to join their epic team of power players who know how to make an impact and celebrate in style afterwards.

We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented Social Media Manager/ Video Creator who truly loves working on a variety of clients from Kettle Chips to Barratt Sweets and thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment. You will be part of the RNC team, as well as being responsible for delivering and owning best in class social campaigns and content for our leading clients in FMCG sectors bringing exceptional management skills as well as innovative content ideas and experience in managing and creating assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Develop social media strategy and forward planning calendar across all client accounts
• Manage social media budget and client approvals to meet key calendar moments
• Create high quality posts for organic channels and social media ad campaigns. (not sure if this is needed with the below.)
• Edit high-quality short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) to bring concepts to life
• Design assets for Stories, Reels, carousels and static posts
• Stay consistent and ahead on visual trends, audios, transitions and platform behaviours
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative and Social on content briefs and creative planning
• Adapt content quickly to feedback or changes in direction
• Maintain well-organised asset folders and content libraries
• Filming and onsite content creation days
• Reporting and stakeholder communications
• Line management experience essential
• At least 3 years’ experience managing brand social media channels across Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience managing paid ads on Meta and TikTok essential
• Tik Tok shop experience desirable

• Are a Polished presenter, virtually or in person with senior stakeholders and media
• Have brilliant interpersonal skills with an approachable, friendly inclusive mindset
• Can work quickly and efficiently without compromise on quality
• Have good knowledge of social platforms and the media landscape

• London based office - Hybrid working is available. Min 3 days a week in office
