Covering a breadth of Luxury Wellness, Lifestyle and Celebrity focussed talent, as well as key players in the FMCG space including Kettle Chips, Rowse and Poppets, RNC is rapidly expanding and looking for the right person to join their epic team of power players who know how to make an impact and celebrate in style afterwards. ________________________________________

We are looking for exceptional, highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented Account Executive/Senior Account Executive and Account Manager who truly love working on a variety of clients from Nobu Pilates to Kettle Chips and thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment. You will be part of the RNC team, as well as being responsible for delivering best in class communications for our leading clients in premium health, wellness and lifestyle, hair, beauty and FMCG sectors bringing exceptional management skills as well as innovation, activation and brand partnership experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Daily management of wider team and support of specific accounts, providing regular trusted counsel and ensuring KPIs are met
• Generate and secure strong coverage for clients consistently
• Produce first class monthly / regular client reports across media and socials
• Devising and implementing creative strategic PR campaigns
• Write compelling press releases, proposals, plans, briefing documents, commentary, reporting and relevant copy
• Managing group and individual press trips, including hosting
• Creative pitching to place features and profile opportunities
• Developing positive and close relationships with senior luxury lifestyle media, digital influencers and luxury brands for joint collaborations
• Representing clients and RNC at relevant media/industry events
• Identifying trends and topical news - use actively and creatively for feature placement
• Devising and organising high-impact client events
• Plan and execute events and activations working within set budgets
• Sharing knowledge with the wider RNC team and being a mentor to junior staff

This role would be a good fit if you:

• Have 1+ years’ experience of PR Agency (AE & SAE)
• Have 3+ years’ experience of PR Agency (AM)

• Are driven, ambitious and commercial with an obsession for client service
• Are a problem solver with a determination to find solutions
• An authentic collaborator and team player with a point of view
• Are a Polished presenter, virtually or in person with senior stakeholders and media
• Have brilliant interpersonal skills with an approachable, friendly inclusive mindset
• Can work quickly and efficiently without compromise on quality
• Have good knowledge of social platforms and the media landscape

General

• Location is Hybrid / flexible. Time requirement at in London office is flexible week on week
• Discretionary bonuses
• Salary competitive for the right person

• Hours are 10.00am to 6.00pm (flexi hours available)
• 25 days holiday per year + 1 birthday day
• Start date immediate but flexible
